These terms apply to the Solitword game and website. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Playing Solitword
You may use Solitword for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Follow applicable laws and use the service in a way that does not interfere with other people or our systems. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, ask a parent or legal guardian to review and agree to them with you.
Game content and fair use
The game, artwork, branding, sound, and software are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not resell or redistribute the service, misuse its infrastructure, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt it. This does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
Progress and virtual rewards
Progress and preferences are stored locally. Clearing app or browser data, using another device or browser, or uninstalling the game can remove your progress. Automatic cross-device synchronization is not currently available. Coins, keys, lives, hints, and other in-game rewards are game features; they are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the game.
Availability and changes
We may update levels, balance, features, and the service. Internet access is needed to load the browser game and fetch current content. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, or other issues. We do not guarantee that every device or browser will support every feature, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Payments and external platforms
The current browser game does not process payments. If purchases become available, the price and applicable conditions will be shown before purchase. Third-party stores, websites, and services have their own terms. A link to another service does not mean that we control it.
Privacy and contacting us
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. For game problems, concerns about these terms, or support, contact support@solitword.com. Include the platform and a description of the issue, but do not send passwords or payment card details.
Responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by use that conflicts with these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms when the service changes. The latest version and its date will be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated in a suitable way. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by applicable law.
